Adult fitness camps

They will stay in a cabin with counselors, eat yummy camp meals, and experience a sampling of awesome Camp Ernst activities.Campers ages five to nine, can try this exciting four day, three night Half Week camp.Day Camp at the YMCA of Greater Cincinnati offers children positive developmental experiences and encourages them to forge bonds with each other and with staff, building confidence through skill-building activities suited to their age.Children experience a sense of achievement through opportunities in the outdoors and are welcomed to a physically and emotionally safe and stimulating environment.Tackle new challenges: ring the bell at the top of the climbing wall, zip more than 250-feet into the woods from our 30-foot zipline tower, trek across the Burma Bridge suspended over a pond, jump off the airwalk platform and soar through the air in a giant loop, and swing to the top of the trees on our Giant Swing.

There are also hours established for Lap swimming and Family Swim time.Whether rehabbing an injury, exercising an arthritic body or simply trying to shed some extra pounds, you’ll love our facility. And as an extra added plus, I enjoy the camaraderie I share with the instructors and the other adults in the class. Our specially trained instructors lead the class through a 45 minute routine involving bending, stretching and manipulation.Our 90° air and water, the easy access steps and our specially trained instructors have earned KIDS FIRST® the applause of the adult community. I look forward to my visits to KIDS FIRST® Swim School” Joyce Kelly, age 66 KIDS FIRST® has designed two very different programs for our adults: Either private or group lessons are available for those adult swimmers that wish to either learn from scratch or perfect current skills. This course is great for rehabbing an injury or exercising your arthritic bones!(Ages 12-15; Available select weeks) For those serious horse enthusiasts!This camp will follow the Equine Adventure schedule and will be tailored to those advanced riders!
